Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" or "811c" — refers to the website 811c.one together with all services, applications, and content provided under it.
• "User" or "You" — refers to any individual who registers an account or accesses the 811c platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a user to access the platform's services.
• "Deposit" — refers to funds added to a user's account through the designated payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" — refers to the transfer of an eligible balance from a user's account to their chosen payment method.
• "Bonus" — refers to credits, benefits, or promotional value granted by the platform to users subject to specific conditions.
• "Responsible Gambling" — refers to the approaches and practices that ensure gambling activities are carried out within healthy and controlled limits.

User Eligibility

Use of the 811c platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met at all times:

• Users must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout continued use of the platform.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in online gambling activities is lawful under the local, state, or national laws of their place of residence.
• The 811c platform does not accept registrations from individuals who are on an active self-exclusion list or who have previously been restricted by the platform.
• Users must register using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and current. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension.

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 811c platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or financial information, is strictly prohibited.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Keeping their account username and password confidential.
• Avoiding sharing login credentials with any other party.
• Notifying 811c immediately if there is any unauthorised access to their account.
• Ensuring that personal information in the account is kept up to date and accurate.

811c will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to comply with the account security responsibilities stated above.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The 811c platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent value for cryptocurrency.

General transaction conditions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to compliance with all platform conditions.
• 811c reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal request to ensure transaction security.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 811c are subject to specific conditions that must be fully complied with. Users are required to read and understand the conditions of each promotion before accepting it.

Welcome Bonus — 811c offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit value, up to a maximum of RM1,000. The applicable wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → account balance RM200 → wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → bonus RM1,000 → account balance RM3,200 → wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

The 811c VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit, ranging from 0.2% (Bronze) to 1.0% (Platinum). VIP tier advancement is based on user performance and loyalty over time.

Game Rules

The 811c platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games, and basketball betting. Each game category has its own rules that users must understand before placing any bets.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is solid documented evidence of a technical fault.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, 811c will review the system logs and provide a fair resolution based on the available data.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or market are as shown in the game interface.
• The RTP (Return to Player) and game volatility information provided are for general guidance only and do not guarantee individual game outcomes.

Prohibited Activities

Users are not permitted to carry out any of the following activities on the 811c platform:

• Registering multiple accounts with the intention of taking advantage of promotions or evading restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technology to interact with the platform.
• Conducting transactions related to money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the game or payment systems.
• Colluding with other users or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during the identity verification or financial transaction process.
• Transferring funds between other users' accounts for suspicious purposes.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account, freezing of funds in the account pending investigation, and legal action where necessary.

Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting 811c customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed after all eligible balances have been withdrawn and all active wagering requirements have been settled.

811c reserves the right to close or suspend any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity for an extended period.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the user for responsible gambling reasons.

Limitation of Liability

The 811c platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 811c makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

811c will not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from service disruptions due to factors beyond our control, including third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including game software providers or payment processors.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses suffered by users even if 811c has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Amendments to Terms

811c reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal compliance, or changes to platform policy. Any significant amendments will be communicated to users via:

• A notice displayed on the platform's main page.
• Notification through the registered user account.
• Email to the registered address, where applicable.

Continued use of the 811c platform after the effective date of any amendment will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms. Users who do not agree with the amendments must stop using the platform and close their account.

Applicable Law

The 811c platform operates under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's licence holder.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the user and 811c. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing body.
